Return of the Panther was published on occasion of Dieter Finke’s one-man show “Lost and Found” in the Museo Universitario Del Chopo, Mexico City.
Nature is the source of inspiration for the paintings, bronzes and wood sculptures of this Berlin-based artist. His sculptures of animals are travelers between worlds; they embody the atavism of the infinite present. As proud witnesses of nature they voice their objection against the human fear of death and the fear of life.
